2000 EAGLES

#44 Senior Ryan Whelan returns to the Eagles as one of the more versatile players on the 2000 squad. He possesses exceptional speed and strength, while also having a solid understanding of the game. Ryan is expected to start at fullback on offense and outside linebacker for the defense. His tremendous effort in the off-season training program will enable him to be a force to be reckoned with every time he takes the field.

Misc: Ryan maintains a 4.2 GPA and is a War Eagle. Speed Eagle, Power Eagle, Strength Eagle, Iron Eagle, Hartigan's Hero. He is also a member of the 500, 800, 900 and 1000 LB lifting clubs.
