SERIES FACTS: In front of over 8,000 fans at the Eagle's Homecoming, the two teams put on a defensive battle. The Chargers held on after a late drive was stalled by a controversial holding call. In 1994 The Chargers took over in the second half last year and went on to a 33-9 victory with a balanced attack. The defense shutout the Eagles after a 9-9 deadlock at halftime. Chargers lead series 2-0.
1996 OUTLOOK: The Chargers return a lot of skill players led by Merle Sango. Milner's troops are always tough on both sides of the ball and El Toro may be the preseason favorite to win league again. The Sea View league has won the Division V title the last four years, and the Chargers will be one of the favorites in 1996.
