MISSION VIEJO, CA., November 2, 2007 – Previously winless in its 2007 Trinity League campaign, Santa Margarita was able to regain its winning ways by rolling over JSerra, 62-0, tonight at Saddleback College.
The Eagles (4-4, 1-2) maintained its season-long rushing-focused offensive game plan throughout, with senior running backs Carlo Audagnotti and Trevor Brooks combining for 215 yards and seven touchdowns.
Rob Maniaci set a school record with his eight extra points. Trevor Brooks' four touchdowns tied the school record for most scores in a game. Carlo Audagnotti pushed his season rushing total to 1,195 yards - the 8th best mark in school history.
