Kyle Skierski - UC Davis
Kyle was a 2 year starter on the offensive line for the Eagles As a senior he won a team award for Most improved Offensive Lineman and was 2nd team All-Serra League. Kyle played college football at the University of California at Davis following in the footsteps of former SM Offensive Lineman Shane Mielke (Charter Class) who was also his coach. A 2006 graduate of UC Davis with a degree in communications, Skierski started in 33 consecutive games as an offensive lineman with the Aggies. His senior year, he was an All-Great West Conference selection at left tackle and a 2006 recipient of the Aggie pride award, the highest honor presented to a UC Davis football player. Skierski played professionally for three seasons in Europe with the Danube Dragons in Vienna, Austria, he won a championship with the La Courneuve Flash in Paris, France, and was a member of the Berlin Adler in Berlin, Germany. Kyle currently coaches at Nicholls State as the Offensive Line Coach. Kyle previously coached at the University of West Georgia as the Offensive Line Coach & Run Game Coordinator. Previously, Skierski served as run game coordinator and offensive line coach in 2015 at Birmingham Southern, and he spent the 2014 season as offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator at Aurora University in Illinois. Also, he has three years of Division I experience after serving from 2011-13 as a graduate assistant at TCU. |
