Drew Sulick - Cal Poly

Drew SulickDrew Sulick '21 was a three-year varsity starter for the Eagles at linebacker under head coach Anthony Rouzier. Sulick made 39 tackles (16 solo) in five games during the pandemic-shortened 2021 spring season, including three for lost yardage and one sack. He also hurried the quarterback twice, broke up two passes and forced a fumble on his way to first-team All-Trinity League honors. Also named to Orange County Top 50. He was a team captain as a senior as the Eagles went 3-3. As a junior in 2019 made a Trinity League-leading 88 tackles (33 solo) in 10 games, including a couple sacks, and notched one quarterback hurry, two pass breakups, a fumble recovery, forced another fumble and blocked a punt. Earned first-team All-Trinity League honors. He also played steel drums in school band and earned honors.

His father and Uncle were also defensive standouts for the Eagles graduating in 1991 and 1993.

2022: Played in seven games with one start, the season opener at Fresno State ... earned 19 total tackles, including 12 solo stops ... 2.5 tackles for lost yardage with 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble ... season-high seven tackles (three solo) at Idaho State ... his sacks were at Northern Arizona and his forced fumble was against South Dakota ... recorded a tackle in 2023 Spring Game.

2021: Played in one game, the season finale against Northern Arizona, as a true freshman, thus preserving his redshirt year ... no tackles.
