College: In two years at San Diego
State, he started 13 games and compiled 116
tackles and recovered three fumbles at weakside
linebacker. He tallied 93 his senior season,
finishing third on the team in tackles.Redshirted
at UCLA before transferring to Saddlebrook
Junior College and was named the team's MVP
both years. He is the school's all-time leading
tackler with 241 stops and had 25 in a single
game en route to J.C. Gridwire All-American
status.
High School: At Santa Margarita Catholic
High he registered 130 tackles and 15 sacks
as a defensive lineman and was twice named
All-League, the team MVP his senior season
and All-County and All-CIF.
